hfss simulation completed with execution error

DEar HFSS experts,

When I model cavity using HFSS, I was often annoyed by the error below:

[error] hfsscomengine, process hf3d : subprocess "eigen" died unexpectedly.
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
------------------------------------------

Each time, I try to change a certain size of a part, and then this ghost disappeared.

I want to know what results in this error and how to present it before running, since if it terminates before the end, it can waste much time and engery.
