Mentor Graphics and MMIC

Hi every1,
we have complete suite of MGC nanometer design tools including RF components like eldo RF etc.
i want to know that can these tools be used for designing of mmic (monolithic microwave ic), if yes then how is it possible? how and where can i get mmic design kits for MGC tools?
