Coupling Coefficient Calculation

How does calculate the coupling coefficients in a bandpass filter with a frequency response as follow?

Its transmission function is Chebyshev . first compute g value . then compute normalized coupling coefficient .last renomalize. the formula is easily found in book. or u could synthesis in Cameron's method.
