If I needed an omni and had to use Vivaldi's I could consider a circular array with the elements aligned like spokes of a wheel.
A biconic would have similar bandwidth and be easier to fabricate. It would probably cost less too.

can anybody tell how to increase e -plane beamwidth and how to draw curves in HFSS
The beamwidth is propotional to the antenna's openning,
So, to make your E-beamwidth wider, you may:
1) reduce the antenna's length, or
2) reduce your's antenna flare-angle
