designing parameters of rectangular DRA
i want to design a rectangular dielectric resonator antenna at 2.65 GHz so plz any one tell me what are the value of its length,width and height at this frequency.
plz help me.

For a rectangular DRA, you have to look for this paper:
Theoretical and experimental investigations on rectangular dielectric resonator antennas
Kumar Mongia, R.; Ittipiboon, A.;
First, choose the permittivity of your DRA, know which mode you want to excite, choose the height or length and solve the transcendental equation for the width.
For a permittivity of 10.2, a width=length=26.7mm and height=16.7, you will have a resonant frequency of 2.49 GHz for a DRA on a ground plane.
