Design of RF field in a microstrip line

Hi, I am a student and new to this field. I want to calculate the rf field around the signal line in a microstrip. How should I do that using fortran.

Can HFSS be used to find the rf field (I am new to HFSS also). If so how?. Any references and code will be helpful.
