Can I parameterize reference location of a port in momentum?

Hi, there
I am trying to parameterize reference plane of a port. I set the reference plane manually in the perturbed layout. but My modification has no effect in the generated xxx_work layout and the results remains the same.
Does anybody here have a clue on how to achieve my goal?
