boundry overlap in HFSS. Help needed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have built model for rectangular microstrip antenna. it's with rectangular slits.
problem is while providing boundry condition in the last step it is getting overlapping with ground plane. if shifted downwords then intersect with probe and if shifted upwards then intersect with substrate and giving an error in simulation.

I m attaching simulation file. Plz have a look and help.

if possible give the succefully similated design of probe feed antenna in HFSS...
plz help out..... i really need it...
