Optical/THz frequency simulation for doped semiconductors

Has anyone tried to use HFSS 11 or 12 to simulate doped semiconductors at optical/THz frequencies? I am using frequency dependent material properties based on Drude theory models, however, we are not able to reproduce published results in HFSS.

Does anyone has any insight on modeling such frequency dependent materials in HFSS, especially at THz frequencies?
