human body model .sat

hi all
i want to know what should i do to convert the human body model that i found here in the fourm from .mesh or .id to .sat format ,as i works with SEMCAD X.
please if any one has XFDTD software,try to convert it to me.
or
if any one know where can i find a human body model.sat ?

Semcad gives human phantoms by request, i think if u have a license of Semcad, u can try asking them. check this:

i already contact SEMCAD support ,they sent to me the whole human body.sat
of 195M.And when i try to import it the program not responding.
so i made search to find the human body but i found it in this fourm of .mesh and .id formats.So i would be grateful if any one can convert it to me from .mesh to .sat.
or tell me how can i convert it ?
