Impedance Analytical Formulas

Hi,

I want the impedance analytical formulas given in Mr Tatsuo Itoh's book "Planar transmission Line Structures" which relate between the characteristic impedance of a microstrip line and the characteristic impedance of the same transmission line but with air-filled (the substrate is replaced by air).Pm me please at d_nabla@yahoo.fr
