Hi to all

I'm a new user of AWR and I have the following problem: I need to simulate the transient response of a pin diode using its spice parameter. In particular I need to force my device with a modulated signal, a pulse signal, where the frequency of the CW signal is 9GHz, and the envelope has a time duration of 100ns and a duty cycle of 20%.
I don't know how to start with this simulation.
Could anyone help me?
