How to create a PWM in Simulink with frequency variable

I'm Anca and I need fast help!

So I have to control an half-bridge inverter with PWM in Simulnik. For that I need the PWM to have in its entrance the frequency and the duty cycle variable (are going to be the output of another function of an inductance).
