Mplab ICD3 Programmer for PIC32MX775F512H

I am unable to Program PIC32MX775F512H with MPLAB ICD3

Target is Detecting , uaable to get the Device ID Error is Coming in MPLAB IDE 8.56.

wrong pinout of the IC to the ICSP?

I am Connecting PGC1,PGD1 to The Programmer

Have you follow this configuration:

I follwed same diagram ,but I used same power to AVDD , VDD.
I used same Power supply Ground to AVSS , VSS
