A problem with "BOW-TIE ANTENNA FOR PHASEDARRAY" in HFSS

Dear friends
I want to simulate this paper in HFSS but I don't know how can I do it?
How can I draw the phisycal model of this paper?
I mean should I draw both of the elements or not?

I drew the single element of this paper and got the following result:

it"s differ from the result of the paper.
