Questions about axial and S11 simulation setup in IE3D

Dear All,
I am working CP antenna in Square Shape with IE3D simulator. I have some questions related to simulation setup at IE3D:
1. I try use the Cell/Wavelength form 15-20, but frequency resonance of axial ratio and S11 very different for each simulation results, where is the correct one ?
2. Some time the frequency resonance of axial ratio and S11 is different.
I used L-Band with center frequency 1.27 GHz
