how to gain reflectivity and transmissivity using FDTD

Hi ,Dear
Now i and do some study to calculate reflectivity and transmittivity of photonic crystals structure using FDTD, but i do not know how do deal with.
could any one explain me how to achieve, and show me FDTD code?
