Need to placed ISCAS'89 (or ISCAS'85) benchmark circuits

Hi All,

I need layouts of placed ISCAS benchmark circuits for a set of experiments. Does anybody have them after placement in format of DEF or GDS? The circuits are preferred to be synthesized by 90nm technology or below (And with NanGate standard cell library); however, doesn't seriously matter.
