plz help me about agm and lib file

hello
in first i don't understand english very well,but i need help,i work with TT(turbo tester) becuaze i have to add information about this and give to university,i'm computer student(software),so i find line command ver in win ,but i don't know how can i use this,i need to win ver but i can not find,so i think i need to create edif file maybe in orcad or maxplus or ... ,i create edif file but this sofware need to lib file for example i create edif file in orcad or max plus and i have to genrate to agm file orcad have lib file with .olb and this lib not correct lib for tt how i can convert olb file to tt lib file ,after this convert edif to agm file ,and ... please help me i need your help ,
