fdtd 2D, TE and TM (c code based on Sullivan's book)

fdtd 2D c code for TE and TM. Incident plane wave propagation and PML BCs are inclunded.
The code for TE mode is better organized with an updated Makefile. In case you find bugs I would appreciate to contact me.
