ERROR CST: "inconsistent parametric information. please perform a structure update "

Hello,

I did a structure in CST but I had a problem with the declaration of a variable. CST asked me if I want to erase the history when I tried to save. I said yes because I didn't think it will erase my project.

When I look in "component1" which is the group of all my components, I have nothing inside. When I open CST, I have this error message:

"inconsistent parametric information. please perform a structure update before start editing"

How can I perform this update to see if I can recover everything...
