Metamaterials in Terahertz Regime

Hi everyone:

Does any of you have the experiance in metamaterials with terahertz frequencies?

I would like to reproduce some results shown in paper using HFSS. Can you please provide some suitable papers thus I can reproduce the simulation of those?

I have done some simulations just simply scale the dimension of SRR as well as the frequency. for example, I scale the dimonsion of SRR to 1/1000, and the frequency*1000, from microwave regime to terahertz regime. The electricall-size will be the same. Is this correct?
