transmission spectrum of waveguide 60 degree bend

hiiiiiiiiiiiii all
i have some fundamental question about transmission spectrum for waveguide with 60 degree bend in fullwave software.
1)which one should i choose?(time monitor output or spatial.power or feild.)to get the same spectrum in most thesis?
2)where should i put time monitors and how many?
3)what shol be my excitaion type?
oh plz help me.it's for my thesis and i don't have enough time
