Mircostrip Line Simulation using Method of Moments

I would like to get a method of moments (MoM) code in preferably Matlab or some other language that shows in detail how to solve and extract s-parameters of a simple structure like a microstrip line. I have used many EM tools that can solve this problem so I am not looking for software that does this. I'm looking for a bare-bones code that shows everything involved in solving the problem to help me learn how to write these codes for some simple problems.
