the cg fft method

Dear All:

I'm reading the book of " The CG-FFT method: Applications of Signal Processing Techniques to Electromagnetics" written by Manuel F. Catedra, Rafael P. Torres etal, publishede in 1995 by ARTECH HOUSE. Anyone has the source code or some implementations of the book?

The source code that is said to be available from the website:

should be very helpful for me to better understand the book. However, the link is not valid anymore. Could anyone who has downloaded it before kindly share a copy with me?

Thank you very much for your reply. However, the link you listed here is actually under the same website I listed in my first post which is invalid for the Volum Integral Equation. I even tried to search for the personal website of the code owner whoes name is: Aharon Blank, so that I can contact him directly, but in vain. :(
