I need ATF-35143 nonlinear model for awr microwave office.

Hello.

I got a document of ATF-35143 from avago website.

I try to use STATZ model in microwave office. But it's NOT operation.

Please let me know how to apply it.

Hello,

use SSTATZ , whica SPICE-equivalent version of the STATZ FET model.
It should be used instead of the STATZ model for SPICE compatibility.

I tried long back it was working fine for me....If not chack properly units & scaling values while entering in AWR MWO SSTAZ...
