LANCZOS ALG failure with internal ports in ADS EMDS?

Hello everybody,
I am having the following problem,
"singular [e_n] discovered:this is a breakdown in the indefinite laczos alg"
every time I add more than one internal port in a layout to be simulated with EMDS.
The layout is just a microstrip circuit with 2 single ports at two edges of a box. I wanted to add internal ports to use it in co-simulation, but I get this error everytime I put more than 1 internal port.
Without internal ports or with 1 internal port the simulation runs well.
Do you have experience with such an error?
