Apparently my CST studio suite 2010 license does not work after modification?
Can anyone help me or provide me with alternatives?

Licenses don't stop working suddenly and even if they do you can always contact the software vendor support to find a solution, on the other hand if the license wasn't legal and stopped working after an software update then you are on your own.
