Dipole antenna desing

Hi friends i am working upon bowtie dipole antenna from 0.7 to 3 GHz..but it working fine fron 1.5 to 3.4 Ghz...what the necessary changes i need to make to operate it from 0.7 to 3 ghz..The following attachment is layout of my design

Just some tips: 1) increase the length of the arms, 2) enlarge the open angle of the bowtie arms.

if u design it on one side it look impossible u achieve that bandwidth
