CoventorWare Thermal Analyzes

Hi! I'm working in CoventorWare with thermal analysis... I have an complex model with many holes... I'm applied the heat flux on the top surface of the model and meshed it in the Preprocessor... All the material proporties are applied OK, I haven't problem with this... but, when I run the analyzer to graph the time dependence of the temperature, instead of graphics i get a single point... could you tell me what is the problem? And what should I do?
