magnetic verctor Potential A

Hallo everybody,
i have a question, how can I discrize the magnetic vector potential on the Cartizan x,yz plan , i try to solve the wave equation of the magnetic vector potential . the magnetic vector potential is a vector must be in links or can be in the nodes in grid. if anyone done it before, please help me
