who export dxf circuitcam

Hi All
I have designed a microstrip antenna used hsff.
and i need to transfer it to CircuitCAM for fabrication.
I tried to export the design from hsff as .DXF files, but the CircuitCAM counld not
import it, there was "syntax error".
CircuitCAM supports Gerber files, but hsff can not save as that format.
I hope someone can get me some suggestion.

mostly i draw it in other sw then export it to gerber file

export from HFSS to ADS momentum in form of GDSII format, then from momentum you can export it to gerber and import to circuit cam,

but hfss could only export to iges file, or 2d geometry file,
i can't find where to export GDS-II

Hi there, although your post is quite some time ago, but i hope my answer helps others.
I'm also using HFSS version 8, and i export my design in the form of .SAT (version 5), then i import into CST. then export in GERBER file using CST.
** REMEMBER: delete unwanted object using CST, and only left the physical (patch) layer, no need to include port or ground before u export.
**REMEMBER: put your patch on z = 0, or else it may cause error in CircuitCAM.

after that, u may use CircuitCAM to import the GERBER file.

I found out that CircuitCAM may differ in dimension (in around 0.2~0.4mm) so u may use printer calibration in CircuitCAM.
