Limitations of HFSS in respect to length scale

Does anybody know the limitations of HFSS about the ratio of the largest
length scale to smallest? My model has very small geometrical details
(~50 nm) as well as large dimensions (~50 mm), and I don't know If HFSS
is able to provide meaningful simulation results when this kind of geometrical
details are used.
