Transition membrane-silicium HFSS Urgent

Hello,

As a student, I have a great need to simulate the membrane CPW coplanar line with a gradual transition of silicon, I would like to ask for your help on the simulation of this transition using the software HFSS as showed in the figure attached.

If you can help me I will be really grateful.
