can we simulate microstrip patch antenna on ansoft designer

hi all
can we simulate microstrip patch antenna on ansoft designer
how it will be diffrent as compared to hfss, ie3d and Cst
does ansoft desiner is fast as compared to hfss

Sure can.

You will get comparitively similar results from both for a patch antenna. if its a single patch antenna i would rather simulate it on designer than on hfss.
Designer: circuit simulator and planar EM simulator(2.5D MoM method).
HFSS : 3D structure EM simualtor(FEM method)
