Just Google it. I got 57,000 hits. Since fractal antennas is not something I know much about, I don't know who are the main researchers in this area.

I posted you a link to a company which specialises in fractal antenna. They might have some information on their web site.

I think you just need to do your own research on this. Perhaps if you get stuck on specific things, people who are more knowledgeable than me on the topic will help you, but I think you need to try to help youself a bit first.
