i m new to antenna design can any one provide me the equations and dimensions for dual ridged horn antenna 2-18 ghz

There's a paper published on the JPIER on the Quad ridged horn antenna .

and also two years ago there was a guy who was working on the same . may be if you do a comprehensive search on the forum,you might be able to find intersting information.Hope it helps
