Conductor pin and substrate HFSS

Hi

This Might sound a little naive,but i have had a problem sometimes and its akward.

when i draw a patch fed coaxially,sometimes HFSS says the substrate and the PEC pin intersect.sometimes it doesn't give me this error.Does anyone have an idea why this happens.if there was a general rule behind it,the error should be valid for all cases and consistent.Can anyone shed some light on to the topic.

Go to HFSS->Design Settings and enable the material overide and set as default. This feature is available in HFSS 13 and 14 and maybe 12.1.
