How to modify this model? For multilayer microstrips.

I am designing a multilayer microstrip. One substrate is Rogers 4350, of 0.508mm height and another one is FR4, of 1.1mm height, and the 50 Ohm characterstic width is 1.02 mm and 1.76 mm respectively. I want to simulate the influence of the through hole. I made a model which is in the attachments. But there is something wrong of waveport. If I start the simulation, there would be an error message: " waveport1 has disconnected faces etc." Then how to modify this model? Whatever reply is welcome.

u have used two different substrates. to get the output with less loss the port impedance should be mathched ( 50 ohm line) to the substrate impedance. but it is not possible to be matched to two different substrates. why do not u use same substrates for the two different layers. have seen any example like that (two diff substrates). i hope i am giving correct information.
