Where can I find basic Doherty PA design equations?

HI all,

I've done some LNA & PA designs; but new to Doherty PA design.

How much difference is there in the design of PA & Doherty amplifier design?
Where can I find design equations for Doherty amplifiers? Please suggest a book or paper.

Because if there large difference between PA design & Doherty amplr design, I need to start from scratch.
