Is it possible to get dispersion diagram from Lumped circuits ? (CST)

Please reply me someone,
I redraw a lumped circuit using CST design studio and achieved S-parameter (attached). My main goal is to find dispersion diagram (phase vs frequency plot). Could you please advise me now what should I do? Or If you have any other idea please let me know urgently.
