Gain of a dielectric resonbator

I am trying to simulate a resonator wich it should not radiate. I become a GAIN of 2.5. Is it practically high?

Gain? How is that gain calculated?

Is it a dielectric resonator antenna? In which case it might have a gain of 2.5 dBi. (I don't know much about those sorts of antennas, so 2.5 dBi might be an unreasonable value - I really have no idea).
