CST parallel microstrip simualtion

If someone can help or have example for defining ports for parallel microstrip coupler. I have designed a 20dB coupler at 1.8GHz but results do not match with Qucs simulations. The S parameter show a coupling coefficient to be increasing through the frequency range from 0.5G to 2.5GHz
