how to solve integral formulas in hfss

hi chaps...... actually in my project i have to calculate some field integrals,but am new to the hfss calculator,i don't know how to solve integrals in hfss


please help me...

HFSS14: go to help and search 'field calculator cookbook' This will bring up a link to a pdf that is a nice tutorial including many recipes for common calculations.

If you are using HFSS13 or before.... upgrade ;) 14 is waaay better IMO
