simulating S-Parameter models in PSpice.

Does anybody know if Pspice can run simulation on S-Parameter models?

You need a product like this to perform wideband S-parameter to SPICE model extraction:

which plate from software you are using for the PSPICE ?

PSpice does not support simulation of S-parameter based model directly. However you may convert the S-parameter in form of behavior device and simulate in PSpice. This conversion is not simple and straight forward.
