HFSS Sensitivity for Er Substrate

Hi,

I want to simulate the SENSITIVITY behaviour of Er of the substrate.

I define Er as a variable in the Design Properties with a range and try to put the variable in Substrate but HFSS can not receive it, Why ?

I want to check the effect of variation of Er on S11.
