Need help to analyze mutual coupling in a phased array antenna in MATLAB

Is it possible to compute and analyse mutual coupling of a phase array antenna in MATLAB? Any method to do that? I'm not able to determine how to proceed. I have read and understood the concepts from Balanis and Kraus, to implement it in MATLAB, im finding it difficult. I chose to do this for my college project, and now in the last stage, which is to compute mutual coupling and analyze it.
If any method is there, please suggest!

Matlab2012 has come with the new Phased Array toolbox.
it may come with mutual coupling computation tools.
