dielectric slab waveguide

Hi, anyone knows how to simulate dielectric slab waveguide by HFSS? Waveguide is infinit in one direct and has core with refraction equal 5 and substrate and cover with equal refraction index at operation frequency of 30 GHz and tickness of core is 20mm.
