Problem of low gain for PIFA antenna at 2.45GHz

i have tried simulat PIFA structure using hffs 13.0 , and i set the input impedence is 85Ω ,i can able to achieve good return loss (at 2.45GHz), but bandwidth is narrow (around 35Mhz), and the peak gain is -2dB. I do not know to increase the peak gain, I want the gain of the antenna can achieve above 1dB. herewith I am enclosing my file. if you have ideas about this problem, suggest me sir please! thanks very much.
