ADS Schematic Simulation Problem:: Using Transient and HB simulation Controllers

Hi all,

I was trying to use the Phase Modulation block in ADS Schematic following the guidelines in the manual. Manual says Not to use transient and Envelop so i used HB and the Modulating Input to the PM block (time domain Signal) is Zero and so there is no Phase Modulation. I got the Phase Modulation when i used Transient Simulation Controller.

Part of my circuit has PM block and the rest of it needs to be simulated in Frequency domain.

Could someone comment on what is the proper way to use a PM modulator and How to simulate both these sections with different Simulation controllers ?
